About the Role:

Join Live 2 B Healthy of Southern Colorado as a Fitness Trainer and inspire clients to achieve their health goals! We are passionate about promoting wellness and providing personalized fitness solutions in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized fitness programs for clients of all ages and abilities.
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper exercise techniques.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to maximize results.
Provide motivation and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Maintain a clean and safe training environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices to enhance client experience.
Conduct fitness assessments and provide feedback to clients on their performance.
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages community engagement.

Requirements:

Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, AFAA, ACE) or equivalent fitness certification required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
