Franchise Marketing Manager 

Live 2 B Healthy Senior Fitness
Salary: $45,000–$55,000
(Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | Fully Remote)

We’re hiring a hands-on, high-performing Franchise Marketing Manager to support marketing efforts across our national senior fitness franchise system. This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday and is ideal for someone who loves helping small-business owners and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support franchise owners with marketing guidance and brand execution
  • Build local marketing plans, KPIs, campaign calendars
  • Manage social, Google Business Profile, email, print & community marketing
  • Assist with national promotions and reporting
  • Develop and Maintain Marketing assets and collateral. 
  • Create and maintain training resources for support marketing education
  • Coordinate with vendors and track marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations & Sales to support lead generation
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years in marketing, project management, and franchise support
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, Meta, LinkedIn, Constant Contact, MindBody
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Franchise experience a must and fitness/wellness experience a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
