**Senior Fitness Internship Opportunity**

Are you passionate about fitness and interested in working with the senior population?

L2BH (www.live2bhealthy.com) is offering an exciting internship opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in senior fitness and wellness programs.

This role provides the chance to work directly with adults aged 60+ in various settings, including assisted living, independent living, and community centers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of fitness classes tailored to seniors.

- Support certified trainers and wellness coordinators in delivering programs focused on strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility.

- Engage with residents to encourage participation and promote overall health and wellness.

- Help track progress and document the fitness achievements of participants.

- Provide general support in organizing wellness events and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, or a related field.

- Passion for working with the senior population.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt fitness programs to suit varying levels of ability and mobility.

- CPR/AED certification (preferred but not required).
